She oversees all our practices that deal with Human Resources, People Management along with Talent Management and Culture Development. Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over 30 years of expertise. She has worked with leaders in various industries to help improve the business results, especially when growth is rapid. She was a thought leader in translating enterprise-wide strategic plans and goals into business strategies and the engagement of employees. She enjoys learning and believes that the development of leaders as well as teams as the greatest competitive benefit. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and trained individuals who have achieved effectiveness and outcomes. Her experience has helped cultivate cultures in organizations that promote learning innovation and beneficial change for people as well as teams. Annmarie's love of Learning Ally has inspired her to give all of her energy and efforts for the causes. She also supports several non-profit organizations during her spare time. As part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing the time and energy she has to supporting Learning Ally's mission.
